Color Area Plan to PDF files Problems

Guys
I've got a floor plan that I have turned into a colored space plan via Color scheme legend command. Revit file works just like it should, but when I export it to AutoCad and Print it out as a PDF file the color isn't a "complete solid" that encapasses the floor area. In other words some the future shows up as white and some of the floor show up as white (this shoudn't be). Any clues on what is happening??
I've included the PDF in question.

Why not just print as a PDF from Revit instead of exporting to AutoCad
first. I have had no problems with PDF outputs directly from Revit.

This happens when I export to AutoCad or when I print directly to a PDF. Thus the problem neither situation works.
