Circular roof with a concave section

Hello everyone,

for my graduation thesis, I am trying to complete the model of a church with a particular roof. 

It is a roof with a circle plan and a concave section with an inclined plane.

I have already tried with the "Roof by extrusion" command and by modifying the anchor points of a plane roof.

I'd like to avoid modelling it as a conceptual mass.

Please find attached the section of the building.

Could anyone help me?

in my oppinion you can not use adequate neither Roof by Footprint nor Roof by Extrusion'

I would use either :

• Component > Model in Place > Roof or Walls > Revolve

or

• Conceptual Mass > In Place Mass > the same Revolve > and the Wall/Roof by Face
