Cabinets showing up on the wrong floor

Here is the problem

When we place casework (kitchen cabinet or vanity) from Components onto Level 2 – they appear on Level 1. When we delete it from Level 1 – it is deleted on Level 2 as well. We have checked that the Level Constraints are set to Level 2. Also the casework doesn’t appear on Level 1 in Sections or 3D views – only in Floor Plans.

In Level go you have to edit view range.Make sure that you associate the bottom to Level 2 not unlimited or Level 1. and you the be able to adjust the offset the way you like preferable leave the offset value at 00
