C++ Runtime Error when selecting objects in Revit Architecture 2012

HI all,

 

I keep getting this message on one of our client machines each time the user attempts to select a revit element.

" There has been a runtime error and This program will terminate". Can you pleae advice?

If you have not already, I would try repairing the installation of Revit in the Control Panel.
