I think a little more explanation is needed to get the assistance you are looking for.
What do you mean by bim server? I know BIM as a process - not software or hardware.
What are you trying to achieve?
I know Revit and a little on Ecotect for analysis, but I do not know Atlantis. What does it do?
The more you can explain - the more we may be able to assist or at least get you started.

I think he/she is trying to figure out how to set up some kind of hybrid system that links Revit, Ecotect, and Artlantis (a standalone rendering program). I think something got lost in translation, but maybe he/she wants to learn more about the process of working back-and-forth with those programs...?
Either way, like you said, more information is needed in order to provide some kind of answer.
