beam + stucco

Hi,

There is a way to have a concrete beam with render (stucco)? a concrete
column with render (stucco)?

You mean a beam or column with layers as a wall? No, you have to make a
family for that.
But, why don't you just assign a stucco2 material which will render as
stucco but when cut, you see a concrete pattern.

Because you may want to see a layer of stucco on top of the concrete when
cutting the elements.

I'm interested. how do you do this? For a column would you make a family
that contains a tube (concrete) inside another tube (stucco)?

It's not for render purposes so assign a stucco2 material is not a solution.

I need to see on a cut (plan or section view) two layers: one for the core
(concrete) and one for the stucco.

Yes I mean a beam or column with layers as a wall. Any experience doing a
family for that?
