Beam Dowels problems

Dear Guys,

 

Am facing the problem in putting the dowels i need the dowel with parametric both sides i need adjust the length and i adjust the dowel height also. how to make that dowel parametric in revit please anybody knows Reply to me .Here i attached the family file

Please look into the family I attached to an earlier post I have send you.

It contains a hook with different parameters included which should help you.
