Automatic wall disjoins

Can there be a parameter installed into different walltypes, so that when
one is drawn connecting to the other, it by default disallow's join to that
wall type, but not to other types?

No such setting yet. What would be your application of this?

In doing a multi-family building, all my units are grouped together and then
copied through the building for common unit types. This would enable me to
model the interiors of the units, and not have these walls connect to any
exterior or demising walls. Having to disallow join every instance gets
tedious and time consuming, and not doing it eventually results in some
funny stuff as the model gets more developed (also, I need to graphically
show demising walls as continuous for fire-rating purposes).
