Hello all,
I hope somebody here will be able to help because it looks like these forums are the only support Autodesk will offer me.
I have tried installing Revit 2014 and 2013, and Revit Architecture 2013 and 2012 on my computer. Here are its specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU at 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Windows Edition: Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1
Display Adapters: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M
The ERROR that occurs is the SAME for each single version. I use the software for 5-10 minutes then it closes itself suddenly and the ONLY THING that appears is the REVIT 2013 ERROR REPORT.
It reads "A Software Problem has caused Revit 2013 to close unexpectedly". Well, no way?! I hadn't noticed!
No other error message appears so I have no idea why this is happening.
I am thinking perhaps it has to do with the 64-bit... because it doesn't prompt me to choose a version for a 64-bit Windows when I install it... Are there different installation packages for 34 and 64bit that I am unaware of?
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks!
Laura
