Is there any way to convert text to ALL CAP?

For example, when I use material tag, it will pick up "plaster". We need these call out to show up "PLASTER".

I do not think that this is possible. Revit has no Text formulas. It is on the wishlist of many people (including myself).

The only option I see is, make all entries upper case manually.

If you would need in some cases sentence case and in other cases upper case, you would need to add another parameter. Depending on the amount of materials this can be a lot of work.

Also if you would another parameter for upper case you would have to fill them manually again, as there are no text formulas. Further you can not force a user to enter upper case text only.

It is a pain, we spend quite some hours to accomplish similar tasks.
