Such a book does not exist yet. The publications that are currently out there reach the level of the Families Guide, which is good, but not advanced; and I doubt that such a book will ever exist, for economic reasons. Most people want to know the basics, and not the advanced stuff, and a book takes a lot of time and money to be written and produced, and it needs a certain mass production and sales to be profitable. It is more viable that such information can be found in other ways, not in mass production.
