Adding/Modifying Annotation into sheets

I am trying to add a simple window callout/annotation for a floor plan. I'm trying to insert a "Section Head - 1Point Flled" note and then edit it to where the top half of the circle says what kind of window it is and the bottom half says what sheet to locate it in (No Sim please). I want it to work as a link as well to that sheet. Please help!

Thanks in advance.Smiley Happy

If you start your project with the default templates, just do "View > Callout > .... and provide the two corners of the callout. Then put the view on a sheet. If you need different graphics, you can go to Manage > Additional Settings, > ... but based on your description, all you need is the default callout.
