Add a Label on a Room Tag & be able to Yes/No the tag?

I can't seem to be able to add a Department Label to my Room Tag and have the parameter value be Yes/No so that I can turn it off and on like the Show Area and not sure how to link my Label to this parameter to check it on or off?

Thanks for any help!

Click the label, click Visible and assign a yes\no
Then i suggest you create another type. once its reloaded simply change the type

Sweet thanks!

I went into the Keep Readable and assigned it to that one when I first made the tag and it didn't work so I didn't bother to try the Visible because the other labels room name and room number are not assigned in the visible area.

Thanks I can finally rest easy..... for now!

Hey I full of questions! It's the answers I'm lacking...... I find that most are answered with "WHY?" Why do it that way... Why bury it 3 option deep? Why

Thanks again!
