ACIS objects could not be imported

“Some ACIS objects could not be imported. To import them, use AutoCAD to convert them into polymesh objects and reimport.”-Revit Error

What does this mean and what do I have to do to get AutoCad Drawn 3D blocks to import correctly in Revit?

What version of AutoCAD into what version of Revit?
AutoCAD 2008 solids are not importable into Revit 9.1 or lower
Revit needs to be newer than the AutoCAD
