About Revit Render

Dear all

I don't like Revit render function, Not friendly and unreality.
Someone told me : Revit can export to CAD2007 or VIZ , And all material , lighting , RPC's can keep in file,

I can't procure it, Does anyone know It's ??

Export to dwg format from a camera or 3D view. Choose the Polymesh option.

So, I can export model to CAD2007 or VIZ, But material, RPC, Lighting not...
