In order to make a new level open either elevation or section view then
click Level tool on either Drafting or Basic design bar. Proceed sketching
additional levels. When sketching a level notice a checkbox in the options
bar that allows creation of associated plan and rcp views.

i am new to revit and i appreciate so much the capability of its
content..really a powerful tools for everyone..as days passby on my
learning process,im having a difficulty to construct a 3rd level of my
building..i tried to click the floor plan tool but 3rd level is not
available on the breakdown menu..can we add another level and how..thanks in
