2012 - Autodesk revit has stopped working

i've been using 2012 for several months on a home licence from my work with no problems and suddenly this error has occured. i have tried the solutions as listed on this link below but none of the files are present?

can anybody help me further? i tried a repair but it didn't help

suggested solutions by Ryan doesn't cover the ntdll.dll error.

Do you have the installer/setup file available to do a fresh installation.

yes still got the files, i have uninstalled revit already. do i need to do anyhting else before the new install?

I tried a reinstall but it crashed near the end of installation now it says i have revit insalled but i can't unistall?

when i open revit i get the same problem.

the problem has escalated, i used a program to uninstall as windows wouldn't let me, now revit has gone but when i try to install again it's says it's present.. very confusing

are you on Autodesk Subscription?

how did you bought this software, if through a local vendor, you should contact them.

If online, you can use subscription account.
