2 questions on exporting materials

Hi all,
1. Is there a way to customize the type of material Revit will export to DWG? By default, materials are "Architectural" once you import the DWG to MAX...No good if you are using a third party renderer. I exported a DXF to see what material definitions were exported, but I do not know the codes...Is there a DXF code chart somewhere?
2. Interestingly enough, any material field left at "default" in Revit, will export no material definition into MAX. Is there a way to assign some material to the "Default" value in the property panel?

Thank you

regards

You can easily replace architectural materials with other types. If your
using mental ray - the architectural materials should work ok. To replace a
material with - say a vray material - get the name of the material you want
to replace. Make or load your 3rd party material. Give it the same name as
the one you want to replace. Use put to scene. The new material with replace
the architectural.

If you create a standard library of 3rd party materials with the same names
as you commonly use in Revit - this process can be very fast....
