Tagging windows in elevations and plans

Hi, 

I want to give an ID for each window, which will appear in the plans and elevations. I use the one which comes with revit but it resulted in a number which is repetetive for similar windows..

I would like to tag the windows with my own numbering..

did you use the window tag in revit default? same type of window but different window tag number. txs
