Has anyone ever lost their rotation control (origin
point) with the Rotate command? A customer of ours can't seem to get
it to display in 2D views of one project. 3D views and new projects are
fine. The rotation line displays, but not the origin control point?
We've tried visibility graphics, scale, apply view template, view range, detail
level, shading... with no luck??? -- Mark

Its due to the active workset being off in that view. check VV and see if
its turned off. If so turn it on.
