For a mass face you would use a curtain system:

This tool can also be found in the Massing & Site tab.

the point is that the walls is updated so that i can't rely anymore one the original mass?

is there is a way to do it with the current walls?

Normally that error message suggested that the face I picked was not planar, hence a curtain wall could not use it. But I can't confirm with only looking at the screenshot. Try a curtain system as mentioned by @Anonymous.Vlachousi. It should work for non-planar faces.
