Missing Architecture Template only after Install Revit 2016

Hello Autodesk Community

I've installed succesfully the Autodesk Revit 2016, had no problem with the install and everything is just fine except with the Content Libraries so I looked on the forums and seems that other users too but as them, I have solved it with clean reinstall, but after the content have been installed and opened Revit, i just realized that construction and mechanical templates are installed but no architectural template can be found to start a project from blank (see attached images

Looked on the RVT 2016 folder and there are template for construction, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and default, is one of those a template for architecture project and just with other name?

If someone can please help me with this issue, I don't know what happened and if there is a way to only download and install that templates for all the libraries i've selected when installed (US Metric, US Imperial, Generic International Content [Spanish])

Thank You

This seems to be a known issue and its usually down to the network when installing. Please see below link to rectify.

Yes, I have seen that guide and actually did that at the first time when i said that no libraries were installed, I followed those steps to fix that and reinstalled the content libraries but no architecture templates files were downloaded, should I try again with the same method, other method or is there another issue that i should look for to solve this?

Good morning.

Have tried uninstall and reinstall the content libraries from the Uninstall Tool, twice.

The first time i've reinstalled it, the content libraries were downloaded with structual and architectrual templates only, there was no MEP template installed (see screenshot).

Uninstalled again with the Tool, but this time uninstalled everything, including Revit 2016. When reinstalling, the selected content libraries were US Metric, US Imperial, and Generic International Content, selecting this as Default Content (see other screenshot, again), and after the install finished, when running Revit, voilá! there was no Architectural Template again, only Structural and MEP templates.

So, what's wrong?

I noticed if you are not connected to the internet when installing some content in not available, and you no long get the ability to retry next time you open the program. May be what happened here?

There is no "Architectural" template. The link provided does not provide such a template for 2017.
