Colours change when a view is placed onto a sheet

We have recently upgraded to Revit 2016, the file worked fine in Revit 2015.

We have a view with a view template set up to acheive the desired colours for a

planning drawing.

When this view is placed on a sheet it changes radically. Revit 2016 seems to change

any item that is a topography and it also changes the settings on all linked files.

Any Ideas out there
