Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition

Working through one of the tutorials, I came across the need to redirect the
application to start Revit First for debugging.

Except I could not change the Start External Program setting, or at least I
couldn't find...

Can this be done in this version, or is there a work around?

I'm still learning here...
