User Input

Ok, here is a simple one I hope. I want to get user input for 3 values, all integers, so nothing special. Is there a standard dialog box I can use for this similar to the task dialog for displaying messages? I am new to programming .net, so I don't want to get into creating user forms yet, just want a simple input box for my early routines.
