In Revit API, I can find parameter by get_Parameter(BuiltInParameter paramId).

then, how can i find BuitInParameter Id by using parameter?

Some answer.

I'm not sure whether I understand your question, but how about Id property of the Parameter? From the id object you can get the integerValue, which in turns corresponds the value inside the BuiltInParameter enum.
