Setting WALL_KEY_REF_PARAM before NewWall()

I want to set WALL_KEY_REF_PARAM before I call NewWall() so that, just like using the UI, I can create walls with the start and end points are NOT the centerline.  Is this possible?

HI Chuck

Unfortunately, there isn’t any way to set the location line *before* any wall creation but we can definitely set this property once a wall has been created and consequently alter the location.
