OffsetWidth calculation

Hello Guys,

When we draw two pipe of different diameter then transition is coming in between both.  After all component selection -> Click on Justification -> Top Left.

 

There is automatic value coming into "OffsetWidth" and "OffsetHeight" in transition.

Anyone know what is the formula to calculate the same.

 

Any Suggestions Appreciable.
