In revit, how can I access XData stored in imported DWG

Hi,

First, I store XData in a DWG drawing. Second, I import the DWG  in Revit.

Now,I need to retrieve XData stored in the imported DWG programmingly.

Which revit API should I use? Anyone can help me,thanks.

This is a good question and I shall be interested in the replies. Pre 2014 it was not even possible to access the 3D data in a Dwg. In that case I wrote the 3D coordinates out to XML to read into Revit. Not exactly what you asked, but may be an option if the XData is not directly accessible. Dale.
