Hosting On Linked Elemen

I'm tring to host Sprinklers on Ceiling"Linked Element"

I'm Using "CreateLinkReference" Method

 

but i found this error "Reference direction is parallel to face normal at insertion point"

 

notice if this ceiling at the same project no error found so i think that the problem is not the direction of the family instance
