I am writing an API that will convert all of the revit files on Revit Server to non server files and save them on our network. I am trying to use the copymodel method. My issue comes with the model path of the file on the revit server. I can get the path and have it display in a task diaglog but when I try and use it in the copyModel method it tells me that there is no model at the location. Does anyone know how I can go about this? Thanks for your help.
Is this question for Revit 2012 or 2013?
As I know in the Revit 2012 API help documentation,
When composing the user-visible path string of the central file, the Revit 2012 API help documentation, RevitAPI.chm mis-used a backslash to separate folders. The folder separator used in the "relative path" is a forward slash(/).
If this doesn't help, your code fragment maybe useful to detect the cause.
