Can we add templates to the startup page in revit.....

fro example like we choose a construction ,architecture, structure template at the atartup...!! in revit 2013..!!

Yes -

Go to your application menu (Big "R") and select options.  Go to the file locations area.  Here you can add your own templates or remove any you do not want.  Then push the location up or down on the list.
