Add Setting Dialog to Revit Ribbon Panel

I would like to be able to add a window that pops up when I click a pushbutton on my revit API Ribbon Panel that will allow to to add inputs via text boxes etc. I cant find anything that seems to allow me to do this. I dont want to add text inputs to the ribbon panel itself because it becomes to cluttered and the Task Diaglog does not seem to have the necesary functionality, any help is appreciated.

You can create a generic Windows Form with text boxes in it and show the form when the ribbon button is clicked.
