Logs in fine but screen dissapears

Hi

 

Im having trouble with pc to pc connection.

 

I can log in fine but the remote window dissapears. The log in screen reads connected.

 

I can get it to work fine with my ipad. 

 

Any help would be appeciated.

 

Im using splashtop at present but wanted to see the quality of autodesk product.

I would start by making sure your video drivers are running the latest version on the client system as well as the host.
