Problem with the new update

Hi

Since the new Version is running I can´t upload anymore.

The programm stucks at "preparing to upload".

What can I do?

I tried it for a week now but nothing happens.

hi. the service is the same for everyone and we havent seen any issues.

so i am thinking, it might be something different

1. your storage online might be full and the photos have no place to uploaded. can you please check on 360.autodesk.com your storage, download files, dlete them online and EMPTY the trash bin?

2. did you install the very latest build posted here? http://remake.autodesk.com/try-remake

3. is it Mac or Win?

4. and can you confirm that you are trying to upload JPEG files?

Hi.

I checked the storage and I deleted a lot. I´m only using 1.3 of 5.0 GB. This can´t be the reason.

I deleted an installed severaral times the programm. So it should be the latest version.

I´m using an Win not a Mac.

An yes I´m using JPEG files.

I tried to delet some of my projects on ReMake.

But I cant delet neither projects nor models.

And it´s still not working.
