When you are isolating large groups of already aligned scans, for example to just work with the set containing targets so that they can imporve accuracy based on targets. It takes alot of babysitting having to reApprove each scans alignment. It would be nice to have a do not ask again check box or something since it will not progress to the next one until aproval it makes it hard to rerun something without waiting and clicking alot.
