ReCap not showing 3d point cloud.

I am trying to view my .fls files in ReCap.

I have created a new project and imported a file. 

When I go in to change the settings and then click on advanced, I am unable to click on 3D Preview.

It is a lighter gray than the other buttons (photo attached).

And of course when I click on index scans nothing shows up.

Any ideas?

A few things...

What happened when you imported your fls files, did they finish importing successfully? You didn't mention registration, did you choose to skip it because the files were already registered? What version of ReCap are you running?

The version is Autodesk Recap 1.3.3.1.

I use it in my university's computers so it might be a student version.

It said the files finished importing succesfully.

I want to say the product is registered but again, I am not sure because I use it on my school's computers.
