Flying scans after converting .lsproj to .rcp

Hello,

I just converted an .lsproj file created with Faro Scene 5.2 with the latest (I believe) version of Recap.

After converting a few scans fly high above the rest of the model. How is this possible? And how do i solve this?

The model is looking fine in 3D in Faro Scene.

Thanks in advance,

Thomas

Hi Tomas,

Try the following in Faro scene:

- In your structure workplace select Scans - that will select all of your scan.

- Then File > Save scan copy as – that will create new .fls files for all of your scans.

When importing these exported files into ReCap it should work.

The problem is that sometimes these transformation values are not included in the .Isproj file or in the previous .fls files and your scans will appear with their native coordinate values.

Regards,

Mitko
