Can't download. Please Help

I am a student trying to download Recap or Recap Pro for a new class i am in. I tried downloading both student versions but after clicking on the download now or install now option the page redirects to a new web page with only the words "file not found" What do i do?

hi! can you tell us where are you trying to download it from? froom the student portal or from the www.autodesk.com? can you send us the link of the site where you are downloading it from? thanks!

I go to here:

And when i go to click download or install it just takes me to this page:

http://edutrial.autodesk.com/

Hi @travismason, 

Please try downloading the Product from our Virtual Agent. When you reach the Activation Page, just enter the Serial Number generated when you downloaded it from the EDU Site.

Another thing to try when having that problem is to use another browser. I just tried to re-install ReCap via http://www.autodesk.com/products/recap/free-trial# in Chrome and it failed. With IE, it succeeded.
