The new Autodesk® ReCap 360 / Autodesk ReCap 360 Ultimate version 2.2.0.25 is now ready for download
This release note contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply this update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

What is included?
This update contains the following enhancements:
- Noise Cleanup Service (beta):
For a limited time, try for free our new service to automatically remove object noise from structured scan projects
- Point Cloud Editing Workflow:
Users can now optimize point clouds for improved performance and project size
- RealView Intensity Mode:
Toggle between RGB and Intensity views in RealView and Registration
- Batch Region Tools:
Users can now batch the creation and export of scan regions
- ‘Structured’ E57 Import:
ReCap can now read structured information (to support RealView and Registration) from E57 files with the correct contents
- Video Tools:
new tools to quickly create animations and export videos from groups of View States
- ‘Complete’ E57 Export:
export your entire project, including structured scan information, to a single E57 file
- Miscellaneous defect fixes and performance improvements.
Installation Instructions
You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the installation process.
- Updating Autodesk ReCap 360 / Ultimate on a single computer:Direct download & install:
- Download ReCap 360 / Ultimate installer (version 2.2.0.25) from the following link: http://download.autodesk.com/SWDLDDLM/Updates/ReCap/2016/Autodesk_ReCap360_22025_Multilingual_Win_64...
- Autodesk_ReCap360_22025_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe
- Follow the installation instructions on the screen. ReCap 360 / Ultimate's previous installation will be uninstalled and version 2.2.0.25 will be installed.

2. In-app application download & update:
- Users of ReCap 360 / Ultimate 2.1.0.17 and subsequent updates will see a 'update available' notification on the top right corner of the ReCap 360 / Ultimate application. Clicking on the 'download update' button will download the installer for the new version 2.2.0.25
- Double click on the downloaded Autodesk_ReCap360_22025_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe file
- Follow the installation instructions on the screen. ReCap 360 / Ultimate's previous installation will be uninstalled and version 2.2.0.25 will be installed.
3. Creating Deployment:
- Download ReCap 360 / Ultimate installer (version 2.2.0.25) from the following link: http://download.autodesk.com/SWDLDDLM/Updates/ReCap/2016/Autodesk_ReCap360_22025_Multilingual_Win_64...
- Double click on Autodesk_ReCap360_22025_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe
- Click on 'Create Deployment'
- Follow the installation instructions on the screen. ReCap 360 / Ultimate's previous installation will be uninstalled and version 2.2.0.25 will be installed.
