When I try to create or open a project in Recap..

Hi, This is Jason. I need to use the Recap 360 pro but it doesn't work. When I try to create or open a project in Recap, the system shows that the directory is not valid. My computer is window 10.Actually I have already checked the minimum requirement for ReCap 360 pro before I send you email, but my computer is much better than minimum requirement. Also I tried to uninstall then reinstall. It doesn't work still.
What is the problem??

I saw same as my question on your discussion groups. Even though it was old question, no solution there.

Please as soon as possible give me the solution.^^

Hello @sjstop2000,

Please cancel the import.

In the main screen select the settings button (1)

Set the path right. (2)

Try again.

Are the project and temp directories writable?

From the image, the version of ReCap you are using is very old. We have made significant improvements and bugfixes in the newer versions. I suggest updating to the latest version 🙂
