Recap included with Autocad

I need to know if the recap app is included as part of Autocad 2015 and if the customer is in compliance in case he has it installed.

If you could also provide information regarding when and where is Recap included within Autodesk software will be much appreciated.

Recap 360 is actually free so they can install this

what you get in the free version versus whats in Recap Pro
