QuickCad 8 - reinstall

I am trying to reinstall QuickCad 8 after a major crash.
The format of the serial number/CD key requested on the install disc is 123-12345678 123456
but the format of the code on the disc sleeve is 12345-123456-1234A
Am I missing something simple??

Strange,

If I look at my serial for QuickCad 7 it has the format 888-88888888
which is the same format AutoSketch 9 uses. Aren't you looking at the
product numbers or something?

I am also missing my key code and I am needing to reinstall. How do I get my key code or a new one?
