Chiney -

This discussion group is not as busy as some others but there are
definately people here. Just ask your question and someone will
help you. It's not instant remember, but the first person who
sees your question and knows the answer will usually answer.

Dear Chiney
The way I read it Harvey Smith directed his gentle comment to Anne Brown,
not you. From what I've seen in this newsgroup over the last couple of
months Harvey is very, very helpful to many people.
Cheers
Alan

My apologies to Harvey Smith. I observe this group on a regular basis and
was simply concerned at not seeing any posts for some time. I look forward
to conversing with all of you more.

Re:

Hey, Alan.

Nice of you to say that. However, to maintain my lofty status I rely on the
supreme (and apparently endless) gullibility of the posters in assuming I know
what I'm talking about. I have been watching Bill Clinton carefully over the
past 6 years and have taken that page from his playbook. Paul Jackson, on the
other hand, DOES know what he's talking about but he hides it behind a
phumpfering bumble-osity and incomprehensible language. But he teaches CAD in
Autralia and I suppose folks there know how to deal with that. All very strange,
no?

Keep them cards and letters coming.

Re:

Agree about that, Chiney. For some reason this group is not very active. I once
noted that maybe the QC users are too busy working and making money, so they
don't have time to fiddle around asking question. On the other hand, AutoSketch
users seem to have too much time on their hands (like me) and would rather not
be out in the streets causing trouble.

BTW, apologies not necessary but appreciated. I do get carried away sometimes
and Paul Jackson always pushes my buttons. HE'S the Ozmaniac, not me. I'm a New
Yorker, which I suppose explains a lot.

And I currently hold the indoor intercollegiate record for deleted posts. I
brook no competition, so don't even THINK about it.
