changing a default text

within the last week my quickcad has experienced a change in font. I am not sure what change occurred that might have caused this reaction but now all quickcad maps that i open display in a lucida sans unicode. This format is troublesome since it stretches text across and off the page. Is there a default text for quickcad and does anyone know how i can change that default text?

The only way I know to change default text, is to make open a new
drawing, change the text type, then save it as a template. I
looked in the registry, and couldn't find any 'text' settings I
could change. Bob
