Why doesn't a polyline have a length?

If I 3ddwf a drawing with a polyline, the polyline is recognized in QTO, but it won't show a length. I looked at the property mapping, but it didn't help me. It almost appears that you have to manually input pline and line lengths. Any ideas out there?

Thanks,

Tim

Tim,

Hello. Thank you for the post. QTO maps to specific properties to try and pull these values, it's possible that we are just running into a limitation. First, What program created your Polyline? Can you provide a small sample?

Hello David,

Thanks for the reply.

The program that created the polyline is AutoCAD 2012. I exported as 3ddwf.

I cannot get QTO to recognize the length of this item as all the reports only say 0.00. I tried the mapping options, but got nowhere with it.

The attached says it's a .txt file, but it's really an ato. Your system gave me an error saying that is not a supported file type for upload here.

Thanks for the help,

Tim
