Is there a way to disable and/or remove audio, so that lScene.Evaluate and lPlayer.StepForward within a script runs faster?
Also when I deleted audio scene components, saved out scene file without audio, quit mobu and re-started with audio-less scene file, the process time was just as slow as if audio were still present. The audio-less scene file size was reduced so I'm sure audio was removed. The process time is 4 times faster using original scene file where audio was never included.
I am using Mobu 2011. I already tried to manually set audio Destination to None and change In Point to not overlap with take, but that didn't change process time ???
Doing lScene.Evaluate and looping with lPlayer.StepForward seems to be necessary because scene models are moving via path constraint. Script pulls global translation data and does real-time (ie time-dependent) calculations.
Thanks for any advice!
