Structural Bridge design_ Error in Prestressed section capacity

Hi,

I am using Autodesk Structural Bridge Design 2014 – section module to determine the section capacity of a pre-stressed section with top rebars.

I have an unusual observation on the forces.

When I take the X moment – positive:  Compression force = tension force. (refer the attached 'X moment positive')

But for X moment – negative: Compression force is not equal to tension force. (refer the attached 'X moment negative'). My observation here is the iterations are not completed fully to make the forces equal. Is this a bug or error in input? .Could anyone please look into this issue?
