LAN - I changed the OE format from plain text to Rich Text (HTML). OE considers Rich Text synonymous to HTML. My guess is that the HTML code is displaying in the HTTP Discussion Groups version of the posting because the sender has their OE setup to draft messages in Rich Text (HTML).

Correction:
The only time I was able to recreate HTML code to display in HTTP Discussion Groups (DG) is when I attached a Business Card (vcard or .vcf files).
