What size image are you using?

 

Did you uninstall Flash and go install new version?

Quite different, you might look to my images (>>>here<<<), except of yours they are by default less than 600x600, the file types I use by default is PNG (but the problem appears with JPG or GIF too, the file size is something about 15kB to 100kB.

My problem is: it is the newest one, I don't find a link to install an older release than that one >>>here<<< (which is 11.7.700.169)

If I would find an older one I would have tried it already.
